Forum Rules for Whispering Minds:


Once you have joined this forum, you will be allowed to access the main chat threads .. which you can't right now .. because you need to be a member first.

YOU SHOULD BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD, TO JOIN THIS FORUM That's a personal preference of the forum Admins.

There are two Administrators of this forum. Myself, and Falcon.

I deal with the decorating and themes, and Falcon deals with complaints and any issues that arise. If you have a concern, or complaint, please direct all enquires to Falcon, either via PM or a post in the forum.

RULES:

NO pornography! Instant banning.

NO nudity! Instant banning.

NO name calling!

NO joining this forum, with the sole purpose of scouting posters for your own forum. Head Hunters are NOT tolerated here. Punishment is instant banning. You are more than welcome, to advertise your forum, in your signature line and in the Member's Area.

NO Hot Linking an image from it's original site. You must save that particular image to your photobucket account, or any other account, you save images too, or to your computer, before uploading it to this forum.


* I don't allow readers only. What does that mean ....? If you belong to this forum, you cannot come in here day after day and just read, without participating. First off it's rude and second, it raises a red flag, as to why you don't participate. To be on The Members List you must actively participate in the forum. Falcon and I don't believe in having inactive names on the list, taking up forum space.

(Those who post daily or on a regular basis with other members, this does not apply to you.)

WE EXPECT:

* Kindness to each other.

* Respect to each other.

*NO BULLYING! I don't care what kind of bullying it is ... you'll be banned quicker than you can blink. Falcon and I are extremely against this behaviour and it will NOT be condoned. Don't bait someone looking for a fight, or put them down in a round about way, looking for a fight. The only fight you'll get, is out of Falcon and myself over it.

*Everyone's opinion matters and everyone's opinion is welcome. Sometimes we may not always agree with each other, but that's okay .. that's what a forum is for .. communication. However, no name calling, no putting anyone down because of their race, colour, or religion or even just being nasty about things. Falcon and I do not condone this type of behaviour at all. If you have any concerns about anything in the forum, whether it be a complaint, an issue of some sort, or anything derogatory, please direct your issues to Falcon.

*I don't allow games to be played in my forum. I'm not talking the normal games we play here in the forum. I'm talking behind the scene games. If you're in the mood for them, whatever they are, take it someplace else, or we'll give you a one way ticket to someplace else. Don't bring any baggage from another forum, in this one. If you don't get along with someone, put them on ignore, or just ignore them.

*Falcon and I don't allow more than one Moniker per name in the forum. That leads to questions and confused, as to who is who ... so please stick to one Moniker per person, or one will be deleted, by Falcon or myself.

*Signature Lines: You are allowed to put one picture in your signature line, in your Profile. I don't mind one ... as long as it doesn't take up too much space, being too big. But I think one is the limit.

Edit to the above rule: IF I think you're signature line is too large, taking up too much space, I will delete it, and you will be notified by PM, why your signature line has been deleted.
